Nice to hear from you. Yes, I would like to work with you for your upcoming events. I will not block any rooms. I will offer your players and their families a special rate for that weekend.
A room with either 1 king or 2 queen beds would be $125.00 p/n, up to 2 adults/2 children using existing bedding.
Our executive king rooms with 1 king and a pull out sofa $135.00 p/n, up to 2 adults/2 children using existing bedding.
If it makes it easier for you, you can put rates starting at $125.00 on your flyers.
Please note these nonsmoking rooms, rates are per room per night plus tax (11.7%), and are based on availability. Our rate includes a complimentary hot breakfast, free high speed wireless internet, indoor heated pool, and a the Wall Street Journal. We are located less than 3 miles from the Jungle Plex and 1 mile from Plymouth’s Waterfront.
In order to book these rooms your players would have to call the hotel directly (508-746-2800) and ask for the “the name of the event” rate, anyone should be able to help them.
Darin, these rates are only for this event, rates change with dates needed. I would need a list of dates for the events you have scheduled in order to give you the best rate.
