Sensei Mott brings an integrated approach to both the study of karate and qigong. While karate focuses on the fighting arts and qigong on internal energy, both are practices that lead to greater awareness and consciousness. The attendant energies of each are vital for daily living as well as self defence and good health.
A professional teacher since 1968 in both martial arts and education, Sensei Mott is the head instructor of karate and qigong at Cold Mountain Dojo as well as a professor of music at York University. He is also a musician of some renown.
