David Berndt and I are working out every Monday and Wednesday at the new Eustis Mall, Central Florida Martial Arts Center.

We will be expanding this program to include a separate "Seniors" program and a class for children soon. (Children's classes are now in progress)

We are working out, enjoying ourselves and welcome any existing Uechi student or beginner to join us.
