Some test boards may be using an older version of the Dan test application form, which may misrepresent the current requirements.  The IUKF Board has confirmed that the organization will test non-members for Black Belt rank.  But as noted on the current version of the application form, the fee is $150 for members, and $200 for non-members.  To prevent future confusion due to differences in old and new forms, only the new form will be honored after 5/1/06.
