Thank you for the kind words, Bill. Lauren is great--20 months old and filled with kime (sp?). I can't tell you how thankful I am she is being raised in a tobacco free household, too. I don't think she has ever even seen someone smoke, up close, at least.

I am happy to hear that, Mary.
I got to thinking about that example and the enviroment you create. My father's father smoked. My dad said his father always had either a cigar or a pipe with him at all times. He was a hardy fellow. He was a six-foot three, self-schooled engineer with the phone company. He never missed a day of work, and never ever was late to work. He ate steak 3 times a day. He died in his sleep at age 60. Two of my dad's brothers smoked. No surprise there. They both lived good lives, and died in their mid-seventies. The last 5 years of their lives was filled with respiratory problems.
My dad however never smoked. He's 84 and couldn't be much healthier. He takes blood pressure and prostate medicine, and that's it.
What a difference a habit makes - both on yourself and on others around you.
