Directions to the Mass Maritime Academy

From Boston: (Logan International Airport) Follow signs for the Sumner Tunnel/Downtown Boston.

Go through the TUNNEL, Toll is $3.00

Take a right out of the tunnel and get in the left land. Go left under the Expressway making a U-turn up onto the Expressway (Rt 93) SOUTH

Take Expressway about 10 miles to Rt 3 South. Follow Rt 3 South towards Cape Cod. and Sagamore Bridge Rotary. Bear right on Route 6 without going over Bridge to E. Buzzards Bay Rotary. Go 3/4 of the way around and bear right on Main St. to Academy Drive (Railroad station on one corner - Marina on the other) Follow signs to Parking and Registration.

From Providence RI (TF Green State Airport):

Take Rt 95 North out of Airport to Rt. 195 East to Rt 495 South. Rt 495 turns into Rt 25. Stay on Rt 25 toward Bourne Bridge/Cape Cod.

Go to Exit 2 - Do Not Go Over Bourne Bridge and follow directions from E. buzzards Bay Rotary above.

From Rt 24S: Go to Route 495 S. Stay on Route 495 S until road turns into Route 25. Get off at Exit 2 and follow East Buzzards Bay Rotary directions above.

Bus from Logan Airport in Boston or Providence RI TF Green State Airport Schedule

The Bonanza Bus Line goes between Logan and Providence and Bourne daily. $29 round trip from Logan, $39 from Providence. Bus stops beyond the Academy entrance, at the Tedeschi Food Shop. If you ask, the bus driver may drop you off at the Maritime entrance. If not, you will have to take a short cab ride to the academy. If you are driving, please park in the designated area. Please register before going to workout area. You must have a badge for security and insurance reasons.
